At CareMyo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a no-hassle returns process.


UK & EU Customers

Change of Mind Returns

If you are located in the United Kingdom (UK) or European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14-days of receiving it under legislation. Once you notify us of your intention to return the item, you will have a further 14-days to send the product back.

At CareMyo, we appreciate this is not always long enough to decide therefore, we have extended this return window to 30-Days from the moment you receive your order. From the date of delivery, you have 30-days to return your item(s) for a refund. Any returns that fall out with this 30-Day window will not be eligible for a refund unless previously authorised by the CareMyo Team.

  • Be returned in their original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, and any accessories where applicable

CareMyo does not charge any restocking fees.


International Customers

Return Costs

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is defective
  • Is incorrect

There will be no cost to the customer and CareMyo will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label where possible.

You may be asked to provide photos/videos of the issue(s) to assist us with the return process.


Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you simply changed your mind:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
  • You will be responsible for any customs or import fees associated with returning the item
  • Any original delivery charges will be refunded up to our standard delivery charge.

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any original shipping costs
  • Any customs or import fees associated with returning the item

All customers may inspect items like they would in a physical store. However, if any returned item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is deemed necessary to examine the product, CareMyo reserves the right to reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the item.


How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us

Email us at info@caremyo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

 

2. Pack the Item Securely

Repack the product safely and include the original packaging, tags, accessories and documentation where applicable.

 

3. Send Your Return

Once your return request has been approved by our support team, you must follow the instructions in your return authorisation email.

 

Note: All returns must be authorised by CareMyo before being sent back. Returns sent without approval from our support team may not be accepted.

Note: Our RETURNS address is different from our BUSINESS address. Please follow the specific return instructions sent by email to ensure we correctly receive your returned product(s).


Refund Process

·        Once we receive your returned item(s), we will perform an inspection to ensure the product(s) meet our return requirements.

·        Approved refunds will be processed and communicated to the customer by email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on the original payment method.

·        Please note that payment processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact our support team at info@caremyo.com, and we will assist you with the exchange process.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page before purchase.


Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a parcel is refused by any customer or returned due to unpaid customs duties or delivery refusal, CareMyo reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier handling fees from the refund.
